AI is changing how work gets done faster than almost anything before it. That's not really up for debate anymore. What is still up for debate, and what I think matters more than anything else right now, is who stays in control of that change: the tool, or the person using it.
Leadership wasn't something I studied or set out to master. It's something I learned by doing. I didn't go to school for management or strategy. I trained as a designer, a maker, someone who brings ideas to life through process and practice.
Not long ago, building a custom online experience meant hand-coding every page, waiting on a developer for every update, and living through round after round of revisions.
