Terms & Conditions – Managed Hosting & Care Agreement

What’s Included

Hosting on Kinsta, including server infrastructure, global CDN (Cloudflare), SSL, automated daily backups, uptime monitoring, and security measures. WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates are performed on a regular basis, along with general technical maintenance.

What’s Not Included

Content updates (including text, images, or page changes), design work, feature development, SEO, marketing services, or third-party software configuration.

Important Limitations

Client websites rely on third-party software, including plugins, themes, and external services. Lara Kroeker Interactive does not guarantee compatibility, performance, or continued availability of any third-party tools. Updates to WordPress, plugins, themes, or external platforms may result in errors, conflicts, or loss of functionality.

Hosting services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. While Kinsta provides a high-performance and secure infrastructure, Lara Kroeker Interactive is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues originating from third-party systems or providers.

Regular backups are maintained as part of this service; however, Lara Kroeker Interactive does not guarantee that backups will be error-free or fully restorable in all situations, and is not liable for any data loss.

Any work required to resolve issues caused by third-party changes, incompatibilities, or failures will be assessed separately and may be billed as additional services.

Domains

If a domain has been purchased and is managed by Lara Kroeker Interactive, it may be included as part of this service. Otherwise, the Client is solely responsible for domain registration, renewal, and management.

Fees

Fees are based on the selected plan or custom agreement at the time of signup and are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

You will receive an annual invoice summarizing your services, including hosting, domains (if applicable), and any associated renewals or fees.

Term

This agreement is month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, the Client is responsible for migrating their website. Lara Kroeker Interactive is not responsible for ongoing hosting, data retention, or migration unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lara Kroeker Interactive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party failures.
