Kirsten built KSA Consulting’s reputation one file inspection and one course at a time, but the site describing that work couldn’t sell it. Public practice accountants needed to find a course, pay for it, and start the same day, and Kirsten needed the platform to handle that without her processing every transaction herself.

The site runs on LearnDash for the courses and WooCommerce for checkout, so a firm can find a professional development package, pay for it, and start the same day, no manual invoicing, no waiting on Kirsten to process anything by hand. Twelve new audit engagement courses are in build now, alongside the CSQM1 compliance workshops she runs on a recurring schedule. The whole thing sits on a custom theme, moved off the page builder it started on, so adding a course or updating a page is a known process rather than a fight with Elementor.

Because the site handles real transactions every day, hosting isn’t an afterthought, it’s a big part of the actual deliverable. It runs on Kinsta specifically for that reason: managed security, and a real staging environment to test every WordPress core, theme, and plugin update before it touches the live site, rather than applying updates blind and hoping. New updates get watched for, tested on staging first, then rolled out deliberately, a repeatable process rather than a one-time build, so a site doing $50,000 a month in transactions never becomes the thing that goes down or gets compromised.
