Challenge
Jaz Records needed a website that could showcase a growing roster of artists while also functioning as an online store. The experience had to feel natural and music-first, without the heaviness of a traditional ecommerce site.
At the same time, the platform needed to support ongoing growth, making it easy to add new releases and maintain over time.
Solution
I designed and developed a custom website with an integrated WooCommerce shop, allowing users to browse artists and albums from a single, intuitive interface. The shopping experience was intentionally subtle—woven directly into album pages so users could purchase without interrupting discovery.
The system was built to scale, making it easy to add new content as the label grows. Through ongoing maintenance and day-rate sessions, the site continues to evolve—supporting updates, improvements, and long-term performance.
Result
Jaz Records now has a streamlined platform that supports both exploration and sales. Users can easily discover music, navigate the catalogue, and purchase directly within the experience.
The site provides a flexible foundation that grows with the label—demonstrating how thoughtful ecommerce design can stay lightweight, intuitive, and built for the long term.
