  • A full day strategy session for your course so that we can map out all the elements that we will use inside thinkific and what you need to learn as we repurpose and create your course together. 
  • A hands on thinkific day to learn about all the basics inside the platform
  • An organizational day where we work with all course bells and whistles (quizzes/videos/assignments/communities/etc)

Book a Discovery Call

Start by snagging a spot on my calendar for a discovery call. Step 1

Book Your Days

After our call we will know how many days tou will need so you choose a day/days on my calendar for your VIP Intensive.

Step 2

Prework

You get crackin’ on your pre-work for the course. You need to know what course you are offering and then gather up all of the content that you want to put online. This takes time so leave a whole day (without me) to do this. 

OUTCOME: You will be organized with content that you will be using for the course.

Step 3

Day 1: Strategy

We need to know exactly what you want to teach in YOUR online coures and what pieces you need to learn in thinkific so that is why we work inside miro (a collaborative tool) to map out your course. This will help us to figure out what we will focus on in your custom thinkific training. This is an action plan that you will use for every course that you create.

OUTCOME: By the end of the custom strategy day, you will have a clear and structured plan for creating and launching your course on thinkific.

Step 4

Day 2: The Foundation

Using your outlined strategy as a guide, we will begin the setup process in Thinkific. We will focus on the elements that are most important to your strategy and may skip over less necessary components.

OUTCOME: By the end of day 2, you will be familiar with the layout and functions of Thinkific, and will have a clear understanding of how to utilize the platform.

Step 4

Day 3 & 4: Adding your Course Content

On day 3 and 4, you will focus on adding your course content to thinific. This includes incorporating text, images, videos, and any other materials you want to include in your course. You will use the content you organized in the pre-work.

OUTCOME: By the end of these two days, you will have a solid foundation for your course, and gained hands-on experience through building in real-time togehter.

Step 4

Day 5: Launching the Course

In this final day, we will focus on the final details of your course in Thinkific. This includes setting up pricing and any affiliates or marketing options available in the platform. We will also discuss any additional tools or resources you may need to fully launch your course and start promoting it to your target audience.

OUTCOME: By the end of this section, you will be fully equipped to launch your course and start promoting it to your target audience.

No, this course is specifically designed for individuals who have already been teaching workshops or courses in-person for at least a year and want to transition their content to a digital platform using Thinkific. It may not be suitable for those who are new to teaching or do not yet have content to convert to an online format.
By taking the course in person, you will have the opportunity to actively participate and learn through hands-on experience. This can be more effective than simply watching a video or reading materials, as it allows you to apply the concepts and techniques directly. Additionally, you will have the chance to ask questions and receive immediate feedback, making the learning process more personalized and interactive. At the end of the course, you will not only have a fully published Thinkific course that you can replicate, but you will also have the skills and knowledge to edit and customize it to fit your needs.
Yes, I have conducted several workshops and training sessions. I believe that hands-on, experiential learning is the most effective method for people to absorb and retain new information. That is why I often work with clients in real-time, allowing them to observe and participate as I demonstrate various techniques and processes. This approach has helped me build strong working relationships with clients and has allowed me to effectively teach and guide others through the development process.

Yes, having a strategy for our course content is essential in order to effectively reach our goals and ensure that the content is set up properly.

It is important to familiarize yourself with other tools and software in addition to Thinkific because they can greatly enhance and streamline your content creation process. By learning and utilizing a variety of tools, you can ensure that your course is well-rounded and high-quality from start to finish.
Yes, you can ask questions after the program ends. I have set aside a half day, three weeks after our training, to address any questions or concerns you may have. This will allow us to efficiently address any remaining questions and help you move on to the next level of thinkific.
You can definitely do that! Your deposit is good for 90 days and can be transferred to a new date if needed. I ask you to provide 14 days’ notice if you need to reschedule your day. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice, there is a rescheduling fee, as it is harder to find a replacement for the open day when there’s a short turnaround.
